Mission
Joyce Surveying, established in 1990, is located in the Southern Tier of New York State on the Pennsylvania Border. We are licensed to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and New Mexico. Our focus has always been providing the highest quality solutions to our clients’ Land Surveying projects through initial consultation, communication during the project, and delivery of the final product. Each project is performed and overseen by a Licensed Surveyor.
Bio
M. Sean Joyce Professional Land Surveyor has been surveying since 1977. He began his surveying career in the U.S. Army while stationed at Aberdeen Proving Gound where he worked on testing an Inertial Survey System (PADS) and finished his tour assigned to the Aberdeen Geodetic Measurements Division. After the military and obtaining an AAS in Surveying Technology he worked for various survey firms in New York, Saudi Arabia, Florida, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania, on a wide range of mapping, engineering, construction, and boundary survey projects.
